Viv + Saj and a most extraordinary Sri Lankan ceremony in their parents backyard.

*a quick update - I am finally getting to slow down and catch up on my editing backlog from a chaotically beautiful summer of weddings. a few weeks ago was was a particilarly busy period with a lot double header weddings and shoots - thanks everyone for being super patient whilst I juggle a few overlapping deadlines this month, I can’t wait to share all your galleries soon. 🥹🙏

PART I. - Emily and I got locked up in a room 10 minutes before her ceremony at townhall. The situation kept getting brighter by the minute so we squeezed every drop of that sunshine until Cameron showed up and we were allowed out to continue with their planned marital activities 🤍

I wouldn’t even know where to begin with this one tbh.
Was it the fact that Tom arrived on a horse, or that Kate sailed through a tiny lake by boat to get to their ceremony, or that she gifted him a MAGIC CAPE and surprised him with an ice cream truck, that by 3pm half of the guests were absolutely ruined by tuaca shots, that we were served tacos for dinner, or the fact that they had a jazz witch reading tarot cards and a poet writing people poems on a old typewriter, that their first dance took place in the woods fueled by espresso martinis and then we were all led by yellow smiley faced baloons into a rave cave for an indie disco + the best noughties bangers all night. idk. still taking it all in.

Last month I teleported all the way to Los Angeles to shoot this glorious pair get married. I’m so incredibly lucky I get to do this for a living, I do not take it for granted - thank you Glen and Viktoria for crossing paths with me in London years ago for a casual engagement shoot + then flying me all the way out there to document such an important moment in your lives. Every second of it felt like a dream. ❤️

A little mention during speeches...

horn tootage time!!!!! 🎺 being thanked publicly at weddings usually makes me want to dig a little hole on the ground + die in it, but this one was suuuuuuch a ridiculously flattering mention during speeches that I could not not share it here with you + blow my own trumpet as loud as I can.
