Space available is 3m x 7.5m but open to splitting into smaller spaces if needed.

I’m looking for other makers to share the studio space with, particularly interested in subletting to other prop/costume/millinery/puppetry makers.
We have a friendly studio dog called Nimmi but she is not ok with others dogs so cannot have anymore in the space.
