some things there’s just no improving on. the humble sticky toffee pudding. always popular and one of our personal favourites, Damon has been using and developing his signature recipe for over a decade. no fancy plating here - pudding, butterscotch sauce, honeycomb & clotted cream, yes please!

From last weekend at Kentchurch Court. Traditional style menu designed around the ancestral house and birthday boy himself (90th birthday!)

- Glazed pork belly, burnt apple gel, celeriac remoulade, black pudding
- Charcuterie plate
- Chicken supreme, pomme anna, caramelised shallot, maple glazed carrot, tenderstem
- Braised beef brisket, fondant, creamed cabbage, bacon & mushroom Jus
- Spicy rigatoni a la vodka
- Tart tatin, cinnamon creme anglaise
