The summer season is officially over folks! 🌞

As the sun sets over summer, we can't help but reflect on some of the beautiful moments and memories that Mikata has created across the country this year.

This season has been a whirlwind to say the least, and we couldn't have done it without your love and support! 💕 So thank you.

What an incredible weekend it was at Come Bye 😍

This year, Mikata was transformed into a haven of sassy vibes thanks to the incredible Huns n' Roses, with talent shows, DJ sets and the annual Hun-Olympics 💥



Thank you to all the beautiful souls who joined us this year, it was a truly magical weekend! We can't wait till we see you all again next year 👀

We are very excited to finally share with you the official artist line-up for this year's Mikata stage at ✨

We've put together an absolute stonker for you this year, with a cheeky secret headliner to keep you on the edge of ya seat! 👀

Mikata will be offering the ultimate dance haven within the Downtown Village, playing bangers from Wednesday to Sunday. Come check us out and have a boogie💃

The Zen Den is BACK!!!

Balter 2023 is shaping up to be an absolute scorcher ☀️ For a second year, Mikata will be hosting the Zen Den, a wholesome area for yoga and wellness workshops...or general respite from the rave 💚

Dan (Mikata) and Loz () will also be DJing at the Robot Stage at 3pm on Friday, see you there front left!

Winter's always a time of hibernation for us tent crews, but this year we managed to squeeze in some festive cheer with our pals at Q and R Events (qandr_events on insta!). Our first Christmas market in Salisbury was a roaring success, with one tipi containing a Santa's grotto (definitely outside the scope of our usual activities) and another two linked with a shipping container bar popping up in the middle. As you can see they absolutely knocked it out of the park with the decor, creating a proper Wiltshire wonderland! Here's to many more Christmas markets ❄🌭🍷

Next month we’re returning to the scene of one of our first ever Mikata parties with our old partners in crime Minirigs! Tickets are on sale for their summer gathering at the glorious Hideaway campsite in rural Devon, which will bring a mix of family-friendly fun, cocktails and beats deep into the night-time. Our tipi will be hosting all of the music for the weekend, powered by Minirig’s Doppler soundsystem and featuring a hefty mix of DJ talent as always. Not one to be missed! ⛺️🌞

We’ll be playing host to the Zen Den, one of this year’s new additions to the site, where weary ravers can find respite from the sensory overload outside and recharge the batteries with yoga, massage, laughter workshops and all sorts of other treats. This year boasts an incredible line-up featuring some of the best and weirdest electronic music out there, and tickets are flying off the shelves, so grab one here before it’s too late:

Tickets have landed for this year’s edition of one of our favourite parties: Come Bye Festival! Located on an idyllic permaculture farm in south Wales, and boasting some of the freshest DJ and live talent about, plus vibrant decor and one of the all-round nicest crowds imaginable, we had the time of our lives bringing our area last year. Team Mikata has been busy preparing for season #2, and we’ve got more exciting stuff in the pipeline than you can shake a tipi pole at. So our first season is just about wrapped up and we're preparing to go into hibernation ❄️we're blown away by how much fun it's been this year, huge thanks to all of our crew and clients who've made it possible.

We're not going to spend all winter curled up inside though - we've got many projects in the pipeline which are gonna help us come back bigger and better next year so watch this space 🛰
