1st dinner party of 2022! Lovely group of people in the Cotswolds.
They chose my 4 course menu and it went down a treat!

Pictures include:
1. Peanut butter mousse with tempered chocolate and raspberry sorbet.
2. Vegan mango parfait with mango coulis and coconut crumble
3. Gin and Beetroot cured gravadlax with horseradish and pickled cucumber
4. Salt baked Beetroot with vegan feta mousse and cucumber

Can't believe the lovely weather we're having at the moment the perfect accompaniment to eating outside with your friends or inside for an intinate6 family dinner and enjoying some delicious food.

Easter Treat Box has landed!

Available to order now, limited boxes available.

All homemade including the chocolate shells!

Each box contains 3 x half eggs filled with a variety of flavourings!

1) Milk chocolate shell filled with salted caramel sauce and marshmallows!

2) Dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate cheesecake and freeze dried raspberries!

3) White chocolate shell filled with milk chocolate mousse and popcorn!

Served with a scattering of baby chocolate eggs too!

The box is priced at £15 and is a great treat for a loved one or friend this Easter!

Happy Mothers Day!

That was a super busy but super exciting weekend!

Over 50 afternoon teas served to my amazing customers all over Bristol, including some gluten free boxes!

Couldn't have done it without some amazing creative help from - you have her to thank for the amazing box designs and keeping me organised!

A mouthwatering selection of delights including :
Strawberry and vanilla marshmallows
Dark chocolate truffles
Vanilla and raspberry panna cottas
Apple frangipane tart
Lemon meringue cupcake with lemon curd
Selection of sandwiches
Scones with homemade raspberry jam and clotted cream

Thanks also to for producing the scones for me, which helped massively on saving time, they were delicious!

Now onto planning Easter boxes, details will be out shortly!

We here are still open for business during the current lockdown.

We have reduced our menu to be more sleek yet still have a range of tasty, wholesome and hearty choices.

All lovingly made to order and served in sturdy containers so that they can be reheated at your convenience. Collection from The Mill in Doynton or delivery available up to 3 miles.

All food and safety regulations and covid regulations are being adhered to.

•Hasselback potatoes with flaked almonds and maple syrup

It's been a tough year for everyone in the hospitality industry and I'm so fortunate I've got some amazing regular customers who have ordered from me in the past few months.

Christmas Dinner party was great last night. The guests chose a 10 course tasting menu with a feast of delights! We had 1 nut allergy and 1 halal guest which didn't harbour our efforts, they still ate like champions! Couldn't have done it without my amazing helpers and

1) Gravadlax, champagne pannacotta, caviar
2) Scallop, beetroot puree, beetroot crisps, apple
3) Quail 2 ways, butternut puree, rocket pesto, celeriac remounted
4) Lobster, lemongrass mousse, bisque, samphire
5) Mushroom Parpadelle, Wild mushrooms, parmesan sabayon, herb oil
6) Lemon & Thyme Granita, Italian Meringue
7) Fillet of beef, chive puree, ox cheek croquette, New potato crisps, jus
8) White chocolate ganache, port glazed peach, cornish blue cheese, seeded crackers
9) Blueberry and elderflower jelly, ginger tulle
10) Dark chocolate ganache, chocolate soil, toffee sauce, pecan bark

Another busy day at HQ!

Christmas "buffet" platters for a client for their work party this year! No need to push in at the buffet table this year, you have all the goodies in your own personal box!

Great selection of delights:

Chicken teriyaki skewers
Wild mushroom pate
Mini sausage rolls
Pea & courgette fritters with minty yoghurt
Christmas slaw with cranberry dressing

2 vegans and 1 gluten free no issue, same menu items with small tweaks so no one is left out this xhristmas!

Had a great time on Saturday night cooking for my dinner party guests.

Menu was as follows:

Starter

Mixed antipasti plate with homemade focaccia

Main

Fresh tagliatelle with a chicken, panettone, pesto and truffle sauce served with fresh grated truffle and parmesan crisp

Dessert

Limoncello cheesecake with caramelised white chocolate, homemade amaretti crumb, blueberries poached in a limoncello syrup, fresh pomegranate seeds

Private "covid safe" dinner party time tonight

A great time had tonight by my dinner guests.

Antipasti with homemade focaccia starter, followed by creamy pesto chicken tagliatelle with truffle followed by limoncello cheesecake with caramelised white chocolate and amaretti biscuits.
