After a Bristol photographer (who will rename nameless) provided some below par photography, their dismayed clients happened to come to see me for Pet Photography and, having seen my wedding photography display in my studio, explained that they had been badly let down by their photographer on their special day and that their photos remained on a USB, unused.
As they had bought the rights to their images, they asked if there was anything that maybe I could do to ‘fix’ some of the issues with the finished quality of what they had been provided. Now I couldn’t add in the people who hadn’t been captured or add in the half a head of those that had been badly cropped but I could fix the dress and add some wedding sparkle to the ones that had been left straight out of camera.
I didn’t charge a fee, it was just nice to know they will finally be printing some and having them up around the house.
Here’s the review I received having sent them a new set of images.
“100% we recommend Martin, he is fantastic and goes above and beyond. We unfortunately met Martin AFTER our wedding so were not lucky enough to have Martin capture our wedding day. However we asked Martin to help us with some of our photos to improve them. My word! The pictures are incredible! We can finally create a photo album of our wedding and showcase them at home.
