The mushroom: white base, chestnut mushrooms, slice garlic and truffle dust. Here’s some wisdom ➡️ Portabellos, chestnut mushrooms and white buttons are all cultivars belonging to the same species of fungus (Agaricus bisporus) with the main difference between varieties being attributed to age. 🍄 🍕

The Lebanizza: our tribute to Middle Eastern cuisine with a Za’atar butter base and Portobello shawarma mushrooms! This one’s been kicking about our menu for a while here’s some wisdom:
Za’atar is the name of a Middle Eastern spice mix as well as the word for thyme in Arabic. In Palestine it is believed that this spice mix makes the mind alert and children are encouraged to eat eat for breakfast before school.
