Once again Upfest will help raise money for and awareness of The National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACOA) who offer a confidential phone line for children affected by alcoholism with the family unit. The Upfest gallery is open year round on North Street, Bedminster with exhibitions from leading urban and street artists, spray paint, full range of POSCA pens, clothing and books for sale.

🌟 Inkie, one of the uk’s top graffiti artists, widely known for his own signature Ink Nouveau style and former collaborator of Banksy & 3D.

As always, the brilliant charity Nacoa joined us as our official charity partner. A longstanding relationship we’ve had for over 15 years, and we’re so proud to share that they raised an incredible £3,181 during UPFEST PRESENTS (thanks to everyone’s donations and cake-eating!)

If you don’t know much about Nacoa, they support children who are affected by their parents’ alcohol and substance addictions. A fantastic charity, and it was great having them join us once again and seeing everyone get stuck into their crafts, workshops and face painting 🎨🍪

It’s been a blast, and throughout the years we’ve helped raise over £100,000 with them 💖If you can, show them a bit of love and support 🙏

🎨 This year, we welcomed five talented artists who have never painted at scale before into our mentoring program, ScaleUP, where they had guidance from some of Bristol’s finest street artists, with help from Arts Council England .

During UPFEST PRESENTS, their work was painted live and unveiled to the public at the To***co Factory, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🎉

🎨 We are incredibly fortunate to have had the renowned Palestinian artist, #TaqiSpateen, join us at UPFEST PRESENTS... A critically acclaimed artist, Taqi's piece is part of an international graffiti art project by Bethlehem Cultural Festival, with other pieces in Leeds, Glasgow, Stroud and London🌟 Due to the difficulty in bringing his family from Palestine, he painted his two children with keys to unlock the doors to the future.
