Brilliant day, lots of bookings done for the rest of Jan & February (STILL LOTS OF GIG FOR FEB) Today we had are introduction to our NEW calendar system OVERTURE ~ We are Buzzzzing for this, we are looking to officially start using this system from February 1st 2025, as from next week we will start adding all content and will send EVEREYONE on our roster an invite to the calendar, this could take a while (AS YOU COULD IMAGINE) BUT the ball is rolling...

Yesterday we had a brilliant meeting with Hannah Hodsman & Izzy Havers from The Mouse Pub, Westbury-on-Trym AND we are chuffed to be looking after the live music bookings at this venue, Hannah & Izzy have lots of amazing things happening over the next few months at The Mouse, with live music & karaoke added to their list. Karaoke will be starting 25th January then EVERY third week of the month, live music will start off the first Saturday of EVERY month, ALL Bank Holiday Sundays & Sunday summer sessions (DATES TO BE CONFIRMED) We have the diary and can not wait to get stuck in...

Hoggans Promotions Ltd are looking after the live music for Castle - Flaming Grill Mitch and his team are making a few changes and one of them will be hosting regular live music, this venue will suit Solo, Duo, Bands, Karaoke, Disco and much more...

And just like that 2024 is almost over...

And what a BELTER 2024 was, we have spent the past year building relationships with ~ Venues, Musicians, DJ's, Drag artists, Event planners, Festival planners, Tribute artists and the list goes on!!!

Hoggans Promotions Ltd have almost doubles in size the past year, with now looking after live music bookings for over 115 venues across Bristol and surrounding areas, we have so MANY people to thank it would be the BIGGEST post ever if we named everyone, so we will start by thanking EVERY venue we work with, this is from independent to nationwide, these venues support live music week in week out, with some hosting live music EVERY DAY like The Blue Lagoon ~ We are looking forward to continuing working with you all into 2025...

The Musicians/ DJs/ Artists on our roster ~ Hoggans Promotions Ltd are only as good as the musicians/artists we book, we have over 600 TALANTED musicians/artists that go out under the umbrella of Hoggans Promotions Ltd every week, all professional, polite

Billy Driscoll ~ In charge of Graphic design, with thousands of posters, FB evens & Instagram tiles done over the past year, we love his banter, his passion for live music, his dedication to the job, his loud rants about life in general, also leaving facial hair on the desk and crumbs on the floor ~ we don't love this!!!

Rhiannon Paige ~ Events coordinator/Artist booker, her role at Hoggans Promotions has been more focused on artist booking, this is due to the amount of venues we now book for, Rhiannon has built amazing relationships with so many of you, making her job way more interesting, also taking the lead on most of the Jazz/Blues venues we book for, she will continue to build these relationships into 2025. We also love her passion for live music, her dedication to her job, her silly facial expressions (NORMALLY AFTER 1pm ish) and leaving her false nails on the desk ~ Regularly!!! ~ we don't love this

Ben Nicholls ~ Marketing assistant, the newest member of our team, Ben has fitted in so well, his role has diverted slightly, he has worked on several parts of Hoggans Promotions ~ our website, Instagram, mailchimp, availability, invoices, payment systems ~ the list goes on, he is a proper all rounder. We will wait till next year to spill any BAD habits he might have!!!! to be continued Haha
