Our Story

Chai Wallahs is a critically acclaimed and award winning venue production company that has been touring the UK festival circuit for 14 years, bringing all good things together and encouraging true expression of the creative spirit.

We have programmed and delivered over 3000 performances, to audiences well in excess of 1 million people and established an outstanding reputation for delivering incredible sound, a unique and diverse roster, new musical experiences and legendary party vibes.

In 2010 with support from the Arts Council of England, Chai Wallahs officially launched the Diplomats of Sound Booking Agency as a social enterprise project to help push the boundaries of new music, and develop further professional performance platforms outside of the UK festival circuit.

Since that time Chai Wallahs and the Diplomats of Sound have produced multiple venues, bars, cafes and stages at many of the most respected festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival, Fusion, Shambala, Secret Garden Party, Greenman, Kendal Calling, and Electric Picnic.
