Venice is a handcrafted headpiece with delicate blush pink seed beads, Swarovski crystals, diamantes and freshwater pearls. ✨
This hair vine is both a delicate and statement headdress. The vine is inspired by nature with intricate leafy tendrils adorned with dewdrop sparkles and genuine pearls.
A truly stunning and versatile creation that can easily be pinned into the hair in a number of different ways and placements.

So that exciting news I was telling you about …

Well it’s a brief announcement so far to tell you that Abigail Grace Bridal Accessories will carry on under a new designer from next month.

I don’t want to say too much about it just yet but all I can tell you is that a lovely new designer will be keeping the brand and growing the business further.

I’m feeling excited for her and excited to see where she will take it but also incredibly sad to be leaving.

I will keep you updated over the next few weeks and we will be doing a series of lives to introduce you to the new designer.

In the meantime I will be selling surplus accessories, veils , furniture with bits and pieces.

So I’m not going to be using this Instagram account from November 😢 would love to stay in touch with people I have bonded with over the 12 years, if you would like to see what I’m up to and stay in touch you can follow my personal page 🤍🤍

I’m still here and still here and still making so if you would like me to design you something I’m here for the next two weeks for orders but the studio is now close for viewing the pieces. 🤍

Not saying my goodbye just yet and still posting for the gram 📸

End of an era!

It is with very very sad news to say that after 12 years of being a designer and running my business, which I have loved. For very personal reasons I have made the decision to now close and move forward to the next chapter of my life.

This decision is not one that I have chosen overnight or lightly because of the absolute reasons I started my business in the first place and because it means an end of an era to my daughters name being mentioned and keeping her name up in lights.

I am crying as I write this 😢

This has been one of the hardest decisions I have had to make since loosing her. It’s a little like loosing her all over again 😢 and I feel like I’ve let my little girl down.

It’s just heartbreaking but I know it’s the right decision for me and my family. I’ve been putting off admitting this for a couple of years and holding on for as long as possible.

I would like to thank all of my friends in the industry who have supported me in the past and for the many brides who took the time to cherish my designs and creativity. And to two very special people who are always liking my posts and sharing them. You know who you are 🤍🤍

I haven’t figured it all out yet so please stay connected whilst I do. I would love your support right now more than ever to try and either sale off all of my designs to brides, or to bridal shops or to sale off the brand.

If anyone is starting out in designing I have a lot of followers over social platforms and a lot of stock along with lots of gems, plus I’m recognised as a recommend supplier of Rock My Wedding and Love My Dress. There is a business there for someone with the energy to push it forward.

Please DM me if you are interested.

In the meantime whilst I figure this out please be gentle with me and I would appreciate any help if you can🤍

Thank you yours heartbrokenly

Love Amanda x

BRIDGERTON SEASON 2

Did you know the Juke is not in the new series, what a terrible idea 😍

This was a shoot I organised back in the spring. A Bridgerton styled theme with a modern twist, as featured on

A gorgeous rose coloured wedding dress with sage green leaves and flowers. A pink and grey aristocratic suit which makes our groom ooze sophistication.

Our bride is wearing our Daphne pastel crown which was made entirely for the shoot.

Anybody know when it’s coming back?

AUTUMN IS COMING 🍁

My favourite time of year with crispy cold mornings and hints of an Indian summer. The smell of burning wood on the early evenings from peoples fire places. Dewy cobwebs sparkling in the morning sun. Leaves and apples starting to fall from the trees. The first signs of woolly socks and jumpers. The autumnal colours of browns, reds and orange.

It’s just the best season!

What’s your favourite season and why?

This headpiece is called autumn.

I’M NOT READY

Anybody else not ready for autumn yet?

So far for the the school holidays the weather has been pretty much rubbish here in Bath / Bristol. I’m just not ready to admit summer is nearly over.

So what have I been doing?

Well it’s not been trips to the seaside so far. More like country walks, museums and playing on wii sports with my boys but I am off to Brighton soon for a few days to visit my eldest son.

I’m the meantime I have been working behind the scenes trying to think of ways to recover my business.

Sure weddings are back but it’s been a slow recovery for me with accessories, mainly because I think those couples that needed to postpone had already had their wedding outfits pretty much sorted before the pandemic hit.

So I have been working on ways to help brides with their budgets and to recover my business.

So I have introduce “Something Borrowed” which ensure brides and bridesmaids can rent accessories instead of having to pay more than they want they can afford.

I am currently looking for brand ambassadors to use my accessories in creatives ways.

Plus I am now pleased to say I am going wholesale and I am looking for stockist in each area to stock my range. Which gives bridal shops something more unique and a bespoke service to offer their brides.

Although I have not created any new accessories during the school holidays it’s not all been Netflix and play, there has been some planning work going on to!

I’m looking forward to meeting a few brides to be at the studio this weekend.

I would love to get back to pre pandemic busy times!

How about you? What’s the weather been like in your parts of the country?

Happy Friday all! have a good weekend.!

I MAKE THEM MYSELF.

There are so many things to consider when looking for a bridal headpiece. For example, the texture, colour and style of your hair, your dress and any embellishments the dress may have, if you have chosen to wear a veil, and the type of wedding you are having.

With all this in mind, I can suggest which perfect elements to handcraft into your bespoke headpiece or bridal jewellery.

I use only the finest of Swarovski crystals and pearls, so choosing those gems and designing together means you get to be involved in creating your tailor-made accessory.

This beautiful collection is called GADINA

Are you taking on the last name?

This was something I didn’t question when I got married the first time around. We had a child before marriage so my son took on my name until we got married a couple of years later and then we all had the same name.

Now I’m no Zsa Zsa Gábor, but my first marriage didn’t work out so I went back to my maiden name.

Many years later as I felt like I wanted my identity back.

Later on down the line I met my now husband, who had also been married twice before and therefore there was already two Mrs Harrison’s out there.

I didn’t want to become Mrs H the third like something from Medieval times. I wanted to keep some of my family identity, especially as I was loosing my father.

So I decided to use both and double-barrelled my surname.

Awkward moment - I was running my bridal shop a few years ago and I remember a bride telling me she would never double-barrel her name as she thought it was too pretentious. I’m not even sure what she meant by this. I then needed to mention to her that I had a doubled-barrelled name and in no way was I “pretentious”

Now I clearly had reason for wanted to keep part of my name and I believe it’s each to their own. It certainly is nice if you have children I guess to all have the same surname but does this really matter in this day and age? There are a lot of mixed families out there with different surnames. Do we move with the times and all keep our names? But if you have children who’s will they take on yours or your partner?

Have you had these conversations as I know they can sometimes cause arguments in relationships.

Have you or will you be keeping part of your family surname?

Or are you embracing tradition and taking on your partners name?

Would love to hear your views and know what made you make that decision.

Bracelet is called Sakura.
