When booked at Elmore we actually tend to set up in the Morning Room or out on the Cedar Lawn if it’s summer time 🌞 This works well as it allows the Mini VIPs to fully enjoy their time without disturbing the speeches and some adult fizz time 🥂

What’s in a name?

Pitch Up and Play’ because we pitch our beautiful bell tents and teepees at your special day and bring all of the FUN so that your Mini VIPs can play all day long!

What can you do for our Mini VIPs?

We provide a range of fantastic services for children and their parents at events across Bath, Avon in the UK. These services include creating magical children’s play areas at weddings, parties, festivals and special events. We can also provide lovely Nannies alongside Play Dens so that you can relax and focus on you and your guests. Our Nannies can also go on to Babysit in the evening should you require this.

So far we are the preferred supplier in our category at eight luxury wedding and event venues across the South West which is the biggest accolade we could receive and proves that our service is consistently outstanding, friendly and fabulous.

Our themed bell tents have become so popular that more of you are asking for us to pitch up for children’s birthday parties and slumber parties as well as baby showers, bridal showers, hen parties and christenings. We have also hosted pamper parties and are a dab hand at festival glitter!

Our style

Our signature style is wonderfully boho which is what draws our clients in as this usually suits most events where there are children. We try to minimise the amount of garish plastic toys by sourcing wooden toys and storing the inevitable plastic items (E.g. Lego!!) in rustic apple crates and vintage units.

We are completely bespoke so can design any theme you wish or we can go completely neutral with blush, greys and metallics if this is more your style. We LOVE a challenge and creating and crafting new items to add to our collections is all part of our bespoke service.
