Dirty shoes. New path.

The last two months have been incredibly challenging—I had to close my kitchen to focus on a personal issue that demanded my full attention. It hasn’t been easy, and I’ve missed you all more than I can express. ❤️

During this time away, I’ve been pouring my heart into creating something truly special: a new way to serve you and share our fresh pasta (and much more!) with an even wider community. I’m constantly thinking of you all and how to make The Vegan Snob even better for you.

To everyone who texted, emailed, or reached out, I’m deeply sorry I couldn’t reply to everyone. Your messages meant so much, and your patience and understanding are everything to me.

I’ll be back in January with a fresh menu and updated hours on the apps—just for a short time as I prepare to share something I believe you’ll truly love. Thank you for sticking with me—you’re the reason I do this.

From my family to yours, I wish you the merriest Christmas and a holiday season filled with love and joy. Thank you for being part of The Vegan Snob family. 🎄✨

The Mushroom season is in full swing! 🍄 Here’s a box filled with some of the finest mushrooms we could get our hands on: foraged Porcini from Italy 🇮🇹 , foraged Girolles from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, Shiitake and King Oyster from the UK 🇬🇧, plus Enoki and Shimeji from France 🇫🇷. Excited to play with these incredible flavor bombs... Mushroom magic in the kitchen today! I love them so much, I’m even dreaming up a dessert with them. 🍽️ Stay tuned!
