We've heard of stuffed peppers before, but usually, they are served as a hot dish.
Today, I decided to swap sliced bread for a sweet pepper, and let me tell you, it was banging.
Not only is it fresh, crisp, and crunchy.
It's also refreshing with every bite.
One side has tuna, carrot, and red onion. The other side has coronation chicken. Both had apples, tomatoes, and black pepper hidden underneath the mix.
It was bloody lovely if I do say so myself.

The ultimate cheese and coleslaw sandwich in a toasted sour dough foccacia bread, with gem lettuce and sundried tomatoes. No sandwich is compete for me without a packet of crisps to help the munch go down. Today's flavour.. 🐔Walkers crisps IYKYK

Had a blast this weekend catering for the lovely who created a beautiful menu where plantain waffles debut and were a total hit.
