Hey hey, It’s really been a while 👋🏽

You know, it’s really important to know when to take a break when you are going through a challenging time. Sometimes fighting through can do more harm than good. Almost like driving through thick fog. One of many lessons I’ve learnt these last few months!

A few Setbacks, Challenges and Grief put me in a place where I just needed to slow right down, recharge and realign. My goals and visions for 2024/ 25 are Mega which requires me to be in the right frame of mind. I’m still working towards the majority of them, but with a fresh focus and direction.

So, I needed the break - it’s done so much good! Some things have shifted and I haven’t figured it all out, you never really will, but I’m stepping out in Faith over Fear!

Thanks for your patience and support to date - It means the world!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting one for and at the Hellenic Centre in London.

✨ I decided it was best to take time off from showing up on socials for the month and spend time with my family & friends. Grief hits you in ways you can’t even comprehend!
✨Thankfully, I have a strong bank of loyal customers plus automated Marketing strategies in place so even though I wasn’t showing up on socials, April ended up being the month with the highest sales since Christmas 🙏🏽💃

Honest February highlights from a Mum with 3 young kids running a Graze Catering Business in London 🧀🫶🏽

Have you ever asked yourself why on earth you signed up to do something? This was my thought a few times this month. Running a business, Half term, taking on new products, chasing new business goals and the long hours that have come with it - what on earth am I thinking?! BUT I wouldn’t change it for a thing!!

Every decision or goal you want to achieve will have its risks.
Oh and plenty of them. You just need to choose the best risk for you, face the fear and keep it moving…

I chose to leave my full time job which was paying me well, to run a business whilst raising kids. It’s not always easy but I don’t regret any bit of it!

So Hello March, Here’s to taking more risks, growing into the best version of me and learning new things along the way.

So I challenge you, Stop sleeping on that next move and take the risk 🫶🏽✌🏽
