WOW! What a week it has been so far over in Kansas City for the Convention.
Viva Acappella has been watching proudly from afar all the incredible quartets and choruses, including our amazing representatives!

First and foremost our very own interim director, incredible chorus and quartet coach, Regional faculty member, and webcast host extraordinaire: Nicky Salt! We know she’s having a fabulous time, while working hard and we look forward to hearing ALL the stories at our next rehearsal. 🤩

There are Region 31 members in the judging pit, attending International Board of Director meetings, emceeing the contest, supporting the fundraising efforts and a whole load of them in the audience cheering everyone on, thank you for representing our region so well. 🫶🏻

Two incredible quartets, Vida Loca and did themselves (and us!) proud with their semi finals packages 👏🏻

Lastly a HUGE well done to and on their incredible performances in the semi-finals, and we are over the moon for Lace City to have made it to the top 10, we will ALL be watching tomorrow night - GOOD LUCK!! 🤞🏻

Plenty of excited peeps in the Viva Camp tonight as we are off to Killarney tomorrow to compete at the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers.

We wish the best of luck to everyone crossing the stage this weekend and cannot wait to cheer you on, enjoy your performances and sing with you!

We’ve got a matinee and evening show this year as it’s always a sell out. The afternoon and evening performances are the same but the matinee will have a special visit from Father Christmas, and the evening show we’ll be welcoming back our wonderful brass band friends.

Tickets for our 2024 Christmas Show go on sale this Friday! And this year it’s bigger and better than ever.

We have TWO SHOWS. A matinee and evening show. The former will be more suited to families or those who like to draw the curtains early. We have a special visit from Santa and all little ones will get a small gift. The second will showcase our fabulous Brass Band friends once again to get everyone in the festive spirit.

Our Christmas show is the highlight of our calendar so watch this space on Friday for the link to get yours.

What a brilliant audience to sing to today to test out our contest package for the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers Convention.

We showcased a few of our rep songs as well as our contest package, but we’ll keep the latter under wraps until after we’ve competed 😀

Not long now. Ireland here we come!
