The Ultimate Christmas Sandwich Available For Collection from Bromley Old Town Hall - 4 Court Street.
For 3 dates only: 4th, 11th & 18th of December... Concerto Catering are taking pre-orders for THE Ultimate Christmas Sandwich - stuffed to the brim with roast turkey, our very own sausage stuffing log wrapped in bacon, cranberry sauce, mayo and spinach on bakery bread with an optional hot pot of meat or vegan dipping gravy! 🥪

Vegetarian/vegan versions available (think roast squash nut roast, chestnut stuffing and cranberry).

Perfect for office treat days, festive team meetings or an easy at-home lunch you don’t have to cook.

How it works:
Pick your date & preferred time slot from the options shown (limited daily capacity).
Select your sandwich + add ons.
Pay to secure. We prep fresh and you collect from Bromley Old Town Hall over your selected time slot or local delivery by arrangement (email us to arrange)

Allergens: contains gluten, dairy, egg; prepared in a kitchen handling all allergens. Please tell us allergens at checkout and we’ll confirm alternatives.

Alexandra Kelly - Senior Chef 💥

Described by the Concerto team as resourceful, gifted and unshakable, Alex is an absolute powerhouse inside and out of the kitchen 👩‍🍳

Her day to day is generally supporting recipe & plate development, prepping & cooking and training other team members - Alex is also in charge of our stock control & rotation and works to keep our food waste to a minimum with a flair of creativity 🧚

She can often be found leading our catering jobs and loves being able to talk to the guests & clients she’s cooking for and equally they love her! 💚

Quick Questions with Alex 👇

1. Which ingredient could you never life without? - Peas, they always provide a pop of sweetness, freshness and colour.
2. Who is your food hero? My mum, she had us in the kitchen as soon as we could hold a spoon!
3. Dream dinner guest? Sir David Attenborough
4. Fun fact that people might not know about you? I can juggle-ish! (We later found out this was a 2 ball juggle and def not a 3 ball juggle 😂)

Chelsea Ferdinales - Head of Business Development 💥

Chelsea joined Concerto just over a year ago, bringing a powerhouse background in Commercial & Events with the likes of The Telegraph, Hearst, Reebok, L’Oreal & Splash Damage with a desire to turn her hand to growing a local business. Since then, she’s streamlined our brand giving it a fresh new identity, propelled us towards new opportunities, built new strategies, assets and structures, grown partnerships, launched new revenue streams and helps Concerto thrive daily 🚀

But it’s not all business… Chelsea lives locally, is a proud mum and when she’s not building the future of Concerto, you’ll find her enjoyed a well earned drink at the pub, nose deep in a good book or recommending the latest drama series to the team 🍷📚📺
