Hot honey is having a moment, and we’re here for it! 🍯🔥 But what makes it so special? This sweet and spicy condiment, infused with chilli peppers, takes dishes to the next level.

For this dish, Fiona says: "The sweetness of the honey marries beautifully with the tanginess of sundried tomatoes. The chilli naturally opens your taste buds, while the heat enhances the flavours of the three cheeses."

A Celebration of Life, just as he would have wanted ⛳🔥

From his love of golf to his favourite Gambas Pil Pil and a sizzling barbecue, we served it all steaming hot, cooked fresh in our big pan. The stunning setting at provided the perfect backdrop - a sunset farewell to a wonderful life 💛

Which would you pick for lunch? 🤔

1. Barbecued marinated chicken with a bacon and sweetcorn caesar pasta salad and rainbow coleslaw

2. (Veggie) Barbecued courgette and pepper kebabs with a caesar pasta, mozarella balls and a basil dressing

3. Barbecued teriyaki salmon served with an Asian noodle salad and teriyaki dressing, topped with edamame beans

4. (Vegan) Mixed falafel served with a citrus supergrain salad, houmous and crudites

📸 These lunch bowls were created for the staff at to commemorate the sad passing of their director. Each dish was a favourite of his and garnished with a sage leaf as a nod to the company he loved dearly.

Of all the traditional food at a Burn's Supper, the most significant is, of course, the haggis which has its own ceremony on the night called the 'Haggis Address':

👩‍🍳 The haggis is brought to the table on a silver by the chef and a procession of people

🎼 Guests clap in time to the music (and sometimes even a piper!) while the haggis is brought to the table.

📜 A chosen person recites Robert Burns' poem 'Address to a Haggis' while the haggis is carved open (during the third verse, to be precise).

🥃 Then, a toast to the haggis with a dram of whiskey

Here are three of the best all-rounder ingredients that never disappoint 👇

🥔Butternut Squash🍲

Perfect all year round, butternut squash offers different flavour profiles in every season and is a fantastic flavour absorber when cooked together with other ingredients. Its versatility makes it ideal for purées, frying, roasting, and more. It’s filling AND packed with vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants.

🥫Chickpeas🌮

Rich in protein (a vegan essential!), chickpeas help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and support brain and nervous system function. They’re a star ingredient in a wide range of dishes – think hearty curries, tagines and fajitas, or lighter bites like falafel and houmous.

🍄‍🟫Mushrooms🍜

They're as at home on a breakfast plate as they are in a pasta, burger, pie, stew or soup. Mushrooms are a great meat substitute thanks to being rich in umami and their meaty texture. They’re also a rare non-animal source of Vitamin D.

Wow, what an incredible journey this has been! Our very first pop-up venture onto the high street was everything we hoped for and more. We set out to bring festive cheer back to the heart of Bromley, rekindling the nostalgia of Christmases past with food, flavour, and a sprinkle of magic - and what an experience it’s been!
