If you’ve got experience in a working kitchen, understand food allergens and health & safety, and love the buzz of events, we’d love to hear from you. We cater for weddings, funerals, events and venues - no two days are the same.

Here’s Fiona’s dad, back in the 80s, cooking up a roast dinner for the family on St George’s Day. While Fiona often credits her mum and grandmother for sparking her love of food, it’s clear her father played his part in the kitchen too!

This photo is full of the kind of nostalgia that so many of us can relate to - a reminder of the quiet, loving gestures that often go unnoticed but stay with us forever.

So today, we’re raising a glass (and a roast potato) to all the father figures out there - dads, stepdads, grandads, uncles, mentors and to those we carry in our hearts.

Tender asparagus, creamy Alfredo sauce, all wrapped in golden puff pastry - the perfect way to savour the last week of spring.

👨‍⚖️✨ A historic evening for Bromley - and we were proud to be part of it!

Last night, Councillor Jonathan Andrews was appointed as the youngest-ever Mayor of Bromley at the Council’s AGM. The appointment took place at the new Civic Centre and marks a milestone moment in the borough’s history.

We were honoured to cater for this special occasion - a night celebrating community, leadership and new beginnings. Congratulations to Mayor Andrews on this prestigious role. We look forward to seeing all the positive impact he will bring to the borough during his Mayoral year.

It's so let's get into it... 💭 Do you know the difference between allergens and dietary requirements? 🤔

When planning an event, it’s important to distinguish between food allergies and dietary requirements - both matter, but they require different approaches in catering 👇️

🥜 Allergen (definition) 🦐

An allergen is a substance that causes an adverse immune system reaction, which can range from mild symptoms (like itching or hives) to life-threatening anaphylaxis. These reactions happen even with trace amounts of the allergen, so strict avoidance is essential.

🥦 Dietary requirement (definition) 🍞

A dietary requirement refers to a person’s specific eating needs or preferences, which may be due to health conditions, intolerances (e.g. lactose), lifestyle choices (e.g. vegan), or religious beliefs (e.g. halal, kosher). These do not usually trigger an immune response, but should still be respected for health, cultural or ethical reasons.

Today we’re celebrating with a true icon of English heritage - the Full English Breakfast 🍳🥓

Originally a symbol of hospitality and heritage among the gentry in 13th-century rural Britain, the humble fry-up has stood the test of time. Once a lavish morning meal served in grand country houses, it provided fuel for days spent hunting or hosting. Fast-forward to the Industrial Revolution and it became a hardworking staple for the British working class. Today, it’s a beloved national dish - rich in tradition and comfort.
