Today we’re celebrating with a true icon of English heritage - the Full English Breakfast 🍳🥓

Originally a symbol of hospitality and heritage among the gentry in 13th-century rural Britain, the humble fry-up has stood the test of time. Once a lavish morning meal served in grand country houses, it provided fuel for days spent hunting or hosting. Fast-forward to the Industrial Revolution and it became a hardworking staple for the British working class. Today, it’s a beloved national dish - rich in tradition and comfort.

We served this beauty as the second course of our Easter Feaster Brunch last weekend - and we couldn’t think of a better way to honour St George’s Day than to share it with you.

Today, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, a day honouring Ireland’s patron saint, who is credited with bringing Christianity to the island in the 5th century. Today is a day of national pride, celebrated with feasting, music and the wearing of green. Traditional Irish dishes like colcannon, soda bread and lamb stew are enjoyed across the country, while lively sessions of traditional Irish music and dance bring communities together 🍻🎶
