Justine & Shaq, the ultimate connoisseurs of the finer things, crafted an unforgettable menu for their special day, seamlessly blending the rich flavours of French and Pakistani cuisines.
From the start, they had a clear vision, treating all their guests—including vegans—to a menu that beautifully celebrated both cultures.
Post-ceremony canapés included: Focaccia with feta & red pepper dip, honey mustard duck on paratha with mango mustard, Lahori chicken bites with raita, and masala fish cake with tamarind sauce. Vegans savoured tapenade with sun-dried tomatoes in crispy croustade, garlic-tempered tandoori broccoli, and smoked aubergine on mini ajwani laccha parantha.
The wedding breakfast featured a plated trio of starters, including French samosa with brie, pine nuts & mango chutney, butternut patty in blue-white poppy seeds, and aloo papri chaat. Vegans enjoyed a trio of wild mushroom potlee samosa, butternut patty, and kale-onion pakora with chutneys.
Mains offered a choice between Pakistani reshmi chicken and vegan baby eggplants in sesame, coconut & peanut sauce.
Dessert was the ultimate French classic—creamy vanilla crème brûlée. Vegans were served caramelised tandoori pineapple with vegan coconut ice cream.
We worked tirelessly to create the perfect fusion of cultures and flavours, serving each dish with pride and affection. It was a pleasure to work with you, @junemde & @shaq.07—thank you for having us! 😊

Ellice and Shyam's wedding @kewevents seamlessly combined meticulous planning with a shared vision for an unforgettable celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, especially the menu, which catered to the bride's gluten intolerance and the groom's vegetarian preferences, incorporating traditional Indian recipes with modern touches.
At the Princess of Wales Conservatory, guests enjoyed an array of canapés, including mini chicken tikkas, vodka and non-alcoholic pani puri shots, crab bites, mini hara bara kebabs (spinach), and mini shrikhand treats in sweet butter pastry baskets. Gluten and dairy-free substitutes ensured everyone could partake in the feast.
The celebration continued with a three-course meal in the Orangery, providing an exquisite dining experience.
We aimed to give the couple and their guests a culinary experience that captured the uniqueness of the wedding, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
We are indebted to the lovely Harrison @afletcherfilm for the amazing and insanely dramatic take on @ellicerae and @shymstagram celebrations.
As always, a pleasure to work with:
