🌟 Blue Monday: Single Parent Social! 🌟

is a day that acknowledges the post-holiday blues, cold weather and financial strain many people face around this time.

To help with these challenges, we will be hosting a FREE event for single parents with a warm meal, activities for children, and support and advice services available on the day.

The Broxbourne Big Local and Wormley Community Centre office will close on Monday 23rd December and reopen Thursday 2nd January. Emails and phone lines will not be monitored during this time.

Broxbourne Big Local are once again hosting their much-loved Community Christmas Party at Wormley Community Centre! This Christmas Party has always been one of the highlights of our event calendar and this year will be no exception.

This is a FREE to attend family event to allow our whole community to attend and enjoy!

This year they are really excited to partner BOTH with Wormley Free Church who will be opening the event with some carol singing and then entertaining the younger guests with arts and crafts in the Studio AND Precious One charity who will be supplying some delicious festive food 😋

Here are just some of the things you can look forward to at The Big Local Community Christmas Party 2024…

You’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead this exciting project from the ground up, creating a successful business that also supports the community. This role will be part of the development of the Broxbourne Big Local charity and will offer opportunities to empower local residents through career development and volunteering.
