Often the best moments come from the unexpected... 💫Emily & George originally planned their wedding at another venue, but when plans changed, they trusted us to make their dream day come to life at the stunning Grays Barn Weddings in Devon – all on a quick turnaround!

Their outdoor ceremony was nothing short of enchanting, with a foliage archway adorned with soft ivory draping as the perfect backdrop for their vows. Friday night celebrations! What an entrance! @carswellholidays @dilkush_offical

What does a wedding coordinator do exactly? Just a little snippet! Greet and direct all your suppliers Set up your tables - this one was glassware, napkins, favours! Move the chairs, benches and tables Cover haybales Move and arrange decor- seating plan welcome sign Seat guests Confetti throw Act as a runner (drink getter, bouquet holder, corkscrew finder!) Collect cards and gifts Make sure band is set up and sounds checked on time Direct guests to cake cutting first dance. Set up tables again for caterer Communicate with suppliers all day for seamless day! Sunsets! Leave the party dancing!
