For some reason not everyone received their email on Sunday with the results and photos links and Facebook decided to delete our post from Sunday!

Only 4 more sleeps to go!

Weather forecast is looking good!
The course is a bit muddy and slippy but I am hoping it will dry out by Sunday as we are not due anymore rain after today!

So its up to you whether to wear trail shoes or not. If you avoid the mud patches on Stowe Avenue I think you will be ok in road shoes.
I don't recommend wearing brand new shoes as they will get dirty sorry!!

After the race we are lucky to have Anji from L/A. Sports massage offering free 10 minute massages to you all!

See you all at race registration 8-8:45am for a 9am start!

1 week today until race day!

The race is sold out but we do have on-the-day entries but unfortunately we haven't been able to source any additional medals so you probably won't be able to take one home!

On-the-day cost is £25 cash or card.

Registration is 8-8:45am at Buckingham Old Town Hall.
