We recently had the pleasure of supporting Miro’s Innovation Imperative event at the beautiful Barbican Conservatory.

With around 150 attendees, the event brought together inspiring keynotes, interactive product showcases, and dedicated networking zones. From the ‘AI Zone’ with hands-on experiences using Miro Assist to the ‘Genius Bar’ and photo opportunities in the stunning conservatory setting, every detail captured Miro’s infinite canvas philosophy – limitless opportunities for creativity and connection.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Miro for trusting us to help bring their vision to life. We loved every moment of collaborating on this unforgettable experience!

Can someone tell us what happened to the first three weeks of January?! We hope your 2025 has got off to an equally breathless start!

We’re still buzzing from the Wellcome ‘Mission in Motion’ summit – a project where we joined forces with Wellcome Trust to create an inclusive, interactive, and audience-first experience.

With 850 attendees and 10,000ft² of creative space at Magazine London, the focus was on designing a dynamic journey where everyone felt supported and empowered to get involved in their own way.

A massive thank you to the Wellcome Trust team for trusting us with this vision. Together, we turned creativity, dedication, and collaboration into something unforgettable.

We are excited to announce that following our longstanding partnership with both and , we have been shortlisted for ‘The Brand Activation Award’ at the Festival Awards 2024.

Can you believe it has been a whole month since Team Stagestruck were on the Farm? This year we produced and ran a whopping nine activations ; two cook schools, two onsite M&S Food stores, a backstage pop-up, a VIP lounge, a British produce showcase, a garden games area and of course the fabulous bar with roof terrace. It was a week onsite of rain, sun, then rain again for our brilliant (slightly muddy) 20 strong team. We always have so much fun working with the super creative team and couldn’t ask for a better host than the incredible team at . See you all again soon!

Team Stagestruck have completed their build in the sunny Cotswolds for where we have partnered with to create, build and manage their 8 activations, spread across the 200 acre farm.

Whilst the events industry is fast paced and constantly evolving, taking care of yourself is essential to help manage stress, boost energy levels and improve overall health which, in turn, will help you to tackle the daily challenges in all aspects of life.
