If has come to our attention that some unscrupulous people have been posting that they have an up and coming Fayre or event as a stated venue. please be extra vigilant when replying to these adverts as they could be a scam. If you are in any doubt contact the venue direct and then they can confirm whether an event is taking place at that venue.

You can get out details from our website, any Fayres that we have up and coming at the hall are usually advertised on our Website and page.

NEW TO BERROW VILLAGE Berrow Hall

Come and join other women on the 3rd of February to welcome in the fresh energy of spring. This is a safe space where we will drink ceremonial Cacao and move any stagnant energies from the winter through gentle practices, dancing, journalling, a guided meditation/breath work. If you've never been to a Cacao ceremony, this is the time to try something new as you connect with other women and reconnect with your own self.

No previous experience is necessary - all are welcome here.

NHS BLOOD SERVICE

The NHS blood donation service on Thursday 19th January at Berrow village hall has been cancelled due to Nurses industrial action. Apologies to anyone who had booked to donate on this occasion.

The next donation session will be on Thursday 9th February 2023.

On 12th June Re-engage had there annual summer party at the hall. For those of you that are un-aware of who Re-engage are and the work Re-engage they do, they are a national charity that is run by local volunteers dedicated to providing social connections to the lonely, older members of our community. I know it is nowhere near Christmas, and if you're anything like me you don't normally think about the festive season until Halloween has been and gone. These days, being the booking clerk I have to think a little further ahead, so I will be putting up the details of our Christmas Fayres in the coming days.

For those of you crafters out there I will make sure there is some contact details should you wish to book yourself a stall.

Please note the hall will not be taking booking for stalls this must be done directly with the Hirer.

We have had notification from the power company that the power will be disconnected at the hall on Thursday this week from 10:00 for 16:00.

Should the power not return by 16:00 (4pm) we will let the evening groups know.

Good morning everyone, we apologise for the radio silence, there have been a number of changes to catch you up with since covid put a halt to things.
After many years of service as Treasurer, Owen has stepped down and Adele Deakins has stepped into the role. Owen is continuing as a director / trustee.
After many years of service to the hall, our bookings clerk, Sheena Austin left us at the end of October. Claire Gough has stepped into this role.
Roger, who was a director / trustee and bar manager has also stepped down.
We have two new additions to our team as trustee / directors Richard Eaton and Keith Gough.
I am hoping to get back to keeping you updated with news and events again.
