Who doesn't love a good vibrant glow?

All you need to create this is are the following:
1. Uv Lights
2. Neon Balloons
3. 1 meter of uv Rainbow Spandex from @trippy_creations

Top tips.
1. Use at least 3 Uv Backlights- place them on the left, centre & middle.
2. Try to keep the green and yellow balloons separated as these tend to clash.
3. Use Sempertex Neon balloons, these are not see through & are a thicker, enhancing the vibrant look.
4. Always use the Uv lights in a dark space or at night, as the fluorescent colours will to flourish.
