As a dj , I feel I have a valid opinion on the difference between "artists" and "showmen" (or women)

For example there is little difference between when I am playing a recorded track from two different artists in the popular genre. If it's a good song .. it's a good song .. People sing along.. People dance..

But the reaction from certain "showmen" is evident.. Especially In a live crowd. Many a person have said to me "what's the pull with Liam Gallagher?" Well .. take a look at this pic ? ... for me the ultimate showman .. just a great vibe with him on the Mike.
