Come along and play, sing, perform or sit back and enjoy the lovely, welcoming and encouraging atmos We welcome everyone, performers and listeners.

We plan to run an open mic night on the last Friday of each month (usually - I say usually - we've only had one so far - and that was a Wednesday). The idea is you pay a fiver, you get a hot meal and you get to enjoy an evening of diverse local entertainment - even join in if you'd like to. This works for us and it works for the cafe. Although this format may change, we believe the food and fun fo

r a fiver works because it encourages people in the door who just want to listen - who would want just a group of musicians waiting to play to each other? So come on down - support and encourage a joyful noise in your town.

You may be interested to hear i'll be hosting an open mic next Friday. Be there for 6:15pm to ensure a place on the performance list.
All ages are welcome and I'd particularly like to encourage children and youth to come and be a part of this festive community event.

We'll have two mics, a piano and an acoustic guitar for use.
