Here’s a list of questions we have the answers to that can hopefully shed some light on booking with us!
1. How to book?
In order to book with us, a deposit is required. Only once deposit has been PAID, a confirmation email will be sent across to you confirming that you are booked in.
We receive multiple enquiries daily, often for the same dates, discussion of dates and times alone isn’t enough to know you’re 100% wanting to book.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, as often we need to make purchases and/or travel to your booking.
2. How far in advance can you book?
Our diaries are currently open for 2025 and 2026 with very few weekends remaining in early 2025 already!
Booking in early, not only secures your desired date and time but also secures at the best price!
3. When can I book the Glow Up nightclub?
You can book the Glow Up from March - October.
Hire prices start from 6 hours, overnight usage is available for an additional fee.
Please note- Unfortunately we’re unable to control the weather, the Glow Up nightclub is water resistant but NOT waterproof, therefore can not withstand heavy rainfall. For this reason if rain is forecast for your date we do not recommend placing anything inside that can be damaged or ruined.
In the summer it can get extremely hot inside the Glow Up.
5. What are the measurements of the Glow Up nightclub?
The Glow Up nightclub is 3m x 5m and 3m high, the flooring we provide is 4m x 6m.
Please note - We can only set up in Back gardens and private spaces, we can not and do not set up in front gardens or public spaces as our insurance does not cover this.
6. What happens if something is damaged?
2024 has been a learning curve and going forward for 2025 bookings we will be taking a security deposit.
A lot of our equipment has been lost, stolen or damaged therefore we will need to take a security deposit, which will be returned once the event is over.
We state in our booking confirmation not to touch or move our equipment yourself as any damage may incur additional charges.
