Well here we are, we go again! Very happy to share that our next event is coming soon on September 14th, with the absolutely incredible headlining a beautiful evening with support from event curator

PLEASE NOTE - We’ve got a change of venue for this show, with the event being held at the beautiful St Paul’s Church in Burton On Trent. Our evening forms part of which will be bringing a wonderful large stage into the Market Square for a day festival with some brilliant bands, which means for this show we couldn’t use St Modwens - but we will be back! We’ve teamed up with the amazing people of St Paul’s to make sure we can bring you another wonderful evening in a beautiful space.

St Paul’s is a fully accessible venue, and we’ll be serving alcohol and soft drinks for the evening, so move quick and secure your ticket for what will be one hell of a night with one of the UKs most respected singer/songwriters

Posters and flyers are here! We’ll be hitting Burton town centre tomorrow (Saturday) to start spreading the word! Look out for them appearing, and come say hi if you see us!

will also be hosting some acoustic performances throughout the day in the Octagon Centre, so drop by and say hi!

It’s time to announce our very first ‘Songs of St Modwens’ event! Friday November 24th is the date, and we are very pleased to share that SoStM curator Craig Gould will be joined by the fantastic Noble Thieves to get Burton on Trent’s newest folk & roots music night launched!

Releasing his debut album to critical acclaim, achieving top 20 entry in three of the UK’s Official Albums Charts, followed by sell-out shows on his own national tour. Burton based Craig Gould is heralded as one of the hottest new artists on the Folk/Americana & Independent music scene. This intimate show with the Noble Thieves will be a night to remember in the one of Burtons most stunning settings. The show forms part of Burton Music Collective - a series of gigs in Burton throughout November with the aim of creating a new musical legacy in the town!

We’ll have a well stocked bar in the church for the evening to keep your thirst at bay, so please do spread the word and help support this new music event!
