Tomorrow we will be firing up our roaster and serving up a our scrumptious HOG ROAST roll with Stuffing, Crackling and Salad at Risby Barn once more. Serving from 12pm onwards. The sun might even make an appearance!

Hi I'm Lizzy!

I've spent my life working with in the catering industry, successfully running my own café and have now expanded my business to include Hog Roast Events.
With over 40 years with in the hotel and catering industry, I know what it takes to run an event and ensure that your day runs smoothly leaving your guests satisfied.
I am passionate about cooking quality and mouth watering, delicious home made food, that tastes as good as it looks. I source as many ingredients as possible local to my home of Bury St Edmunds and follow the Farm to Fork strategy. I have also earned a 5 star hygiene rating.
All of our hogs are high welfare pork, outdoor born and bred and locally sourced here in Suffolk.
