The flash with just a maggrid is hidden behind the door frame and to the brides right so it picks up the lovely mist of the hairspray.

Sunshine on a rainy day. It may have been a cold windy day in Bury St Edmunds last Saturday. But love will always warm the soul. Lauren & Dale ❤️
The couple wanted an image that had a bit of warmth in November. No problem lol. I created this sunset image for them. It’s about 4 in the afternoon middle of November. There is no sunset. And this is not photoshopped lol
Using 1 godox ad200pro flash with a magmod orange gel and magmod sphere. Positioned behind the bride and groom and about 2 feet above pointing down towards the couple. It produces a beautiful rim light and adds colour to the leaves. Creative yet natural.

Fire pits make for some amazing foregrounds in wedding photos. Ruth and Daniel on their wedding day at

The bride and groom are positioned behind the fire pit and on some steps so I can get down low for the shot. A flash with a 1/4 cto magmod gel and magmod grid is to my left half way between me and the couple to light them up. And another flash with an orange magmod gel and magmod grid behind them to create the rim light.

Simply stunning. Kirsty ready for her wedding. These were taken in Kirsty’s parents beautiful house before we made our way to for the wedding. I remember turning up and her mum wondering where I would take photos. I was actually spoilt for choice lol by keeping it simple and controlling the light I was able to capture some beautiful images of Kirsty. I have more of these to share but this is one of my very favourites. Taken in the hall way of the family home. I loved the hanging hall way light. The front door is to the left but even when open didn’t let enough light in so I added an AD200 pro set at 1/64 and added a mag grid and mag sphere.

Day two of this weekends wedding. I have some pics with in them but I thought we’d start with his Beautiful bride Sarah ready for the Zaffa entrance to her wedding. What a celebration it was. Absolutely loved working with these two.
All these photos were taken using magmod products. A glass table provided the reflection in the first image. For some of the dance floor pics I had a second light set up near the dj booth with the pink magmod gel and a maggrid to create the rim light

Becci and Andrew. What a day ❤ These guys were married at St Mary's Bury St Edmunds then got the party started at The Apex. The Apex hosts a very limited amount of weddings a year due to their schedule of shows and events. But if you can hire it. Do it. Fantastic venue and some amazing photo opportunities.
