Unfortunately half way through the service we kept getting electrical tripped on some of our cooking equipments resulting in the whole backlog.

Wedding catering for 140 people in London last night. It sets at the beautiful venue of West Reservoir Centre in Hackney. Guest dine on Satay, Spring Rolls for starters then follow by Steamed Fish, Beef Rendang, Ayam Masak Kicap, Sayur Masak Lemak, Terung Berlada, Acar and Nasi Kuning. Growing up on the Island of Borneo, Lily is inspired by the bold, fragrant and exotic flavours and ingredients of her home and childhood.

Lily has a deep routed passion for variety of Asian cuisine and especially Malaysian food that goes far beyond curry with Chinese, Indian, Nyonya and tribal delicacies from Borneo. Over the years, Lily has gained a wealth of experience in delivering delicious and authentic feasts. Her range of services include private dining, dinner parties, festival catering, street food and intimate ‘supper clubs’ at her home in Suffolk. Lily’s latest offering, is an Asian style canapés, offering a distinctive and indulgent alternative to the traditional Western version.

Lily also hosts training workshops and demonstrations for all ages and levels of experience. Take home the secrets of Asian cuisine for creating vibrant, fresh and exciting dishes for entertaining friends and loved ones.

Lily can accommodate all dietary requirements including allergens, gluten free and vegan.
