One of the things we love to host is our wellness events in the Old Hay Barn - we are often told how the energy in the barn is perfect for wellness and holistic practitioners to hold space for their clients💫

Hay being baled to then be stored to feed our cows, sheep, donkeys and horses throughout the winter! ❄️

All the hard work has paid off with a barn full of lovely dry, sweet smelling hay!

Early mornings and late nights but smiles all round! 😃

Introducing the amazing and her Hatha Yoga classes@at the barn! 🧘🏼‍♀️

We are so pleased to have Lizzie and her wonderful wellness yoga addition to the barn every Wednesday at 7pm 🙌🏼

Lizzie has worked in the wellbeing industry for over 10 years in a variety of settings.

She is a Registered Person-Centred Counsellor (MBACP), a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner (Master Level). She works in private practice and has an integrative approach to working with a person’s mental health and wellbeing.

She is a self-care advocate, who strives to empower and encourage others to take care of their own mental health and wellbeing. Lizzie turned to Yoga after reaching burnout to help transform her own physical, mental health and overall wellbeing.

Recently she has completed a Trauma Sensitive Yoga course with Trauma Therapy Manchester and adopts a Trauma Sensitive approach.

Lizzie creates a friendly, open space for all in her classes, she likes to include somatic movement to help calm and soothe the nervous system. It is her intention to create a safe, supportive space for people to explore their bodies to help build resilience, a greater sense of connection with themselves and others.

She is looking forward to welcoming you on the mat 🙏🏻
