Head For The Hills brings a quality, eclectic mix of established international musicians, emerging artists, DJs and family arts programme to Ramsbottom, a beautiful town in Greater Manchester.

Head For The Hills is curated with care by The Met, Bury’s independent music and arts venue, and delivered with a passionate team of volunteers and partners.

Since 2011 (when we started as Ramsbottom Festival) the team has been showcasing new talent and bringing big names to our stages at the end of each summer. It’s been a chance to enjoy great music, family activities for all ages and scrumptious local food and beer in the Lancashire hills.

We’re taking a year off in 2019, but will be back with news of our plans for 2020 soon.
