Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that "I know"
I then turned and looked behind me,
and seen I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.
I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.
Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King's and Queens,
are Monarch's every day.
I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.
I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.
Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above

The Bushey Arena is a state-of-the-art £30 million multi-purpose venue within easy reach of London. The Arena has a wide range of on-site facilities and rooms available for a variety of lettings and events.

The Bushey Arena team are looking for reliable and proactive Venue Assistants (Casual Staff) who will be responsible for providing high quality customer service. Applicants will also be responsible for the preparation of the facilities before and after events, which will include cleaning and moving equipment and overseeing the security and operation of the events on the day. You will be required to support with events, during weekends and occasional weekday evenings, with variable hours, subject to bookings. You will be required to become a key holder and ensure the premises are securely locked and unlocked.

LEGACY will be offering children between the ages of

5-10Yrs the opportunity to engage in tailored self esteem

and resilience coaching by taking part in football training

and other fun activities.

We are ready and excited for the next Bushey farmers market this weekend Saturday 3rd July, open from 10am till 3pm, we will post soon what stalls will be attending for you to enjoy, we have some great additions joining us this month and look forward to seeing you all again, please remember to be aware and keep distance from anyone not in your household whilst on site, please use the sanitiser on entrance/exit and if needed from the stalls, lots of parking on site and surrounding area please be considerate to the local neighbours when parking on the street, we have some great new stalls attending and the weather looks perfect for WD23 area. Bus stops 142 & 258 stop outside the main gates, main train station 10-15 min walk, nearest tube station is Edgware or Stanmore and a 142 can be taken from all to the gates. Public Admission is FREE.

Our stunning Grand Hall is the perfect place for your special occasion and we look forward to helping you celebrate.

The Grand Hall is a spectacular period hall, with seating for up to 300 people banquet style, 620 theatre style or 800 standing. Complete with a raised stage, vaulted ceiling, beams, wooden panelling and AV facilities, which provides a real sense of occasion.

The Grand Hall is a fully self-contained venue, accessed via a separate main entrance, with an ante-room. It has been absolutely fantastic to re open our doors and welcome our clients back to The Bushey Arena.

If you didn't already know, we have a stunning sports hall that is
Built to Sport England standard. Our Sports Hall is marked out for a range of indoor sports and includes a professional climbing wall, indoor cricket nets, basketball, netball and badminton courts complete with viewing gallery and electronic scoreboard.

We also have a professional, well-lit dance studio complete with a sprung wooden dance floor, mirrors and a dance barre. It is suitable for up to 30 people and there is also high quality audio and video equipment available.
