I had a brilliant time as Snow Queen at New Mills light switch on last night! And look, Santa was there too!
Always lovely to visit this unique town in the peaks.

2pm Limelight Musical Theatre
2.30pm Rock Choir
3.15pm Conundrum Drummers
3.45pm The 21st Amendment
4.30pm Conundrum Drummers
5pm Limelight Musical Theatre
5.45pm Rockin' Red Rocket
6.30pm Glossop Old Band
6.50pm Mentell Glossop accompanied by the Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor Stewart Gardner and Mrs Melissa Gardner who will be switching the Christmas Lights On.
7pm Grand Christmas Lights Switch On

We are pleased to announce that Glossop Old Band will be joining us again this year at Glossop Christmas Lights Switch On in Norfolk Square this Saturday 23rd November. They will be playing before the switch on at 6.30pm 🎺 🥁

We would just like to say a massive Thank you to Buxton Opera House Panto stars Aidan Bailey (Spot), Ruby Hewitt (Princess Louise), The Deputy Mayor Councillor Dom Elliott-Starkey, Councillor Jean Wharmby, Rockin' Red Rocket, The 21st Amendment, High Peak 1 , Powderkegs Morris, Conundrum Drummers, Rock Choir, Buxton Community Choir, RichHazlewood BigBand Singer, Fairfield Brass Band, High Peak Comps, Lomas Distribution Limited, Ivy Scaffolding Limited, Buxton Well Dressing and Carnival, Roger Beverley, David Dukesell, Mark Shipley, Andrea and Dave (Buxton Sparkles), High Peak Borough Council, Youth Matters New Mills for their amazing Santa's Grotto🎄the stall holders/traders and mainly you the huge crowds of people who came along to support the Buxton Christmas Lights Switch On and made it such a fantastic event, there was a real buzz on the night and you all made this happen 😁 Hope you all enjoyed yourselves!
