Pavilion Gardens A historic and family orientated Grade II listed building at the heart of Buxton and the Peak District.

Inside you’ll find our Tea Rooms, Pavilion Kitchen and Ice Cream Parlour which offer a delicious range of food and beverages, as well as The Gallery in the Gardens and Buxton Brewery in our Retail Arcade. The Tearooms is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious freshly prepared meal served to you at your table. Whilst the Pavilion Kitchen offers a quicker solution with a range of hot drink

s, sandwiches, pizzas and snacks. In The Ice Cream Parlour, you’ find a range of unique Ice Cream flavours on offer! The Gallery features stunning work from over 40 members of High peak Artists which are available to browse and to purchase, ranging from paintings and photographs to ceramics and jewellery. Buxton Brewery offer a range of their ales and more to take home, or an area inside and out to enjoy a drink. Throughout the year the Pavilion Gardens hosts over 100 fairs and events in our magnificent Octagon including local markets, antique fairs, bazaars and fetes. Outside, there are 23 acres of beautifully kept grassland for you to explore, this includes two parks, a lake with boats and even a miniature train! The Pavilion Gardens also includes various room hire options which cater for every need: from a conference meeting, to an award show or even a wedding. This may be our last snowpening update as we have gone from the big freeze to the big thaw! There is still snow & ice around so please do be careful!

Our opening hours are 9:30am - 4pm with our Restaurant & Bar open from 12pm - 2pm Wednesday - Friday and on weekends 9:30am - 11:30am for Breakfast and 12pm - 3pm

We are open as normal today! As always please tread carefully if visiting!

Our Pavilion Restaurant & Bar is open 9:30am - 11:30am serving a delicious breakfast, it then will be open 12pm - 3pm for it’s lunch service with delicious dishes including:

We are open as normal today, as always please to take care on the roads and underfoot due to the icy conditions

Escape the cold and enjoy a delicious hot drink, soup of the day, pizza or sandwich from our Pavilion Kitchen or you can head to our Restaurant & Bar for lunch from 12pm for a delicious featherblade of beef, steak sandwich, seabass & much more

If you’re not cold enough, our Ice Cream Parlour will be open serving ice creams, as well as hot drinks & snacks.

In the Octagon, we have the inflatable fun sessions today & tomorrow where the little ones can bounce around for two hours. (Tickets are 6.00 and can be purchased here: https://bit.ly/3Ye8oR6)

A big part of the evening is of course the delicious three course meal which is a modern interpretation based upon a menu that was actually found from the ship!

Much of the evening is interactive however the final 30 minutes are thought-provoking, respectful, and emotional.

This Saturday & Sunday, the inflatables are back in our Octagon for the little ones to exert their energy and bounce, slide & glide around the Octagon!

There are six, two hour sessions in total over the weekend and entry is just 6.00

We are opening at the usual time today, but we are likely to close slightly earlier than our advertised 4pm closing time.

Both our Pavilion Kitchen and Pavilion Restaurant & Bar are open. The Pavilion Kitchen serving delicious snacks, sandwiches, soup, pizzas & more. Whilst the Restaurant & Bar will be serving sit down meals including a Friday favourite... Fish & Chips!

‼‼ The Immersive Titanic Dining Experience Returns‼‼

Last year, we hosted the fantastic Histoire Productions and their immersive Titanic Dining Experience here in our Octagon, it was a sell out and we are delighted to once again welcome them back on 7th March!

Over the course of three hours, you will be taken back to the faithful night of the Titanic as Captain Smith and his female crew guide you through how the night unfolded and how they were affected by the tragic event. During the evening, you will also enjoy a three course meal based upon an actual menu that first class passengers ate on April 10th

Much of the evening is interactive however the final 30 minutes are thought-provoking, respectful, and emotional.

The night is accompanied by a projection of the Titanic’s voyage and an original soundtrack.

Arrival at 7pm, approximate ending at 10pm

We will be open from 9:30am as usual today but will be operating a limited service today due to the difficulties the weather is causing.

We will keep monitoring the current weather situation (as it is snowing again) and will likely be closing at an earlier time which we will announce on our socials.

Please take care if travelling, whether that's on the road or pavements as snow and alot of ice is present all over.

We are super excited to welcome the fantastic Histoire Productions back with their sell out immersive experience of : Queen of the Ocean: Titanic Immersive Theatre & Dining experience on the 7th March starting at 7pm

During the experience, you will join the crew of the Titanic with lots of interaction and enjoy a 3 course meal based upon a menu that was served upon the vessel.

The last 30 minutes are a poignant and emotive experience to remember all of those that sadly lost their lives on the voyage

You are not required too, but you are more than invited to dress in typical 1900’s clothes

Tickets are £60 per person and includes the whole theatrical experience, the emotive experience and a three course meal
