Almost 2 Years ago I completed my Work Placement at the the The Cafe @ Green Pavillion they provided me with the Confidence and Knowledge of Local produce and Cooking and presenting Dishes and thease skills that have got me to where I am today Without them i wouldn't of got onto the Level 3 NVQ Course in college if you'd ever get the Chance to work or do a Placement at the Cafe I would go for it they are the best staff you could work for in Buxton πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

Salmon en Croute With a Sweet Pepper Gel and a Thick Creamy Dill Sauce and Cucumber Swirls and Asparagus on Top and Grilled Salmon Chunks
The way the Salmon en Croute also has spinach inside the pastry but doesnt affect the Salmon taste and flavour
