Our guests loved their time learning about weaving, enhancing their skills and created such stunning weaves, all supported by the super talented artist Eta. Our guests loved the tranquility and space of Trigonos to be creative without any worries of day to day life, feeling supported, nourished and left feeling rejuvenated. We were delighted that the very talented SAORImôr ran the SAORI Garment Making Retreat for us this week. She was joined by a lovely group of ladies for a week of unwinding and enjoying the gentle art of SAORI weaving. It was incredible to watch the meditative motion of weaving, an expression of free flowing creativity. Thank you @saorimor for running such an incredible SAORI Retreat for us.❤️SAORI is a Japanese freestyle approach to hand-weaving that encourages people to express themselves intuitively in a fun ‘no rules, no mistakes’ attitude.We are looking forward to welcoming back Rosie again. We will be hosting SAORI weekend workshops and week retreats. Keep your eyes peeled for the dates soon.

It was wonderful to host @jane.cockayne for the Art Group Retreat. The group were from a variety of backgrounds with different levels of experience in art. The group wanted to have fun, engage, and connect with the land. The group were incredible! It was a joy to witness their journey on their own individual pathways. @jane.cockayne is a superb mentor and facilitator by allowing a different way of thinking, and approach, breaking away the barriers, and creating a space for free flowing expressive creativity.
