I run fun, interactive circus workshops with the intention building self confidence and self esteem. It can be for both children, adults and families.

I run professional and fun circus workshops designed to encourage and promote participation and engagement. I use circus skills to build self esteem and confidence whilst creating fun memories. The skills also work of fine and gross motor skills as well as balance and coordination.

We had a really fun evening at Woodovis Holiday Park tonight. There were some great skills achieved and yet another person who thought they couldn't hula hoop realised they could!

She is captivating, encouraging and brings people together in a really fun and dynamic way. Alison conducts her sessions in a stimulating, safe way, building trust (which you need when clambering around on stilts for the first time 😊!) and is expert at what she does.
