At the Vale Tridents Children’s Triathlon today, an event we have long been involved in, because we aren’t just about our own events, but also about providing our timing and expertise to help clubs challenge the bigger events.

If you need the LPS team, get in touch, but also look out for those lovely local events, they’re so important to the development of tomorrows superstars!

Don’t worry it’s not the sheriff… the grey shirt superstars you see officiating ours, and other events are part of the volunteer elite squad of Technical Officials helping British Triathlon.

Whether on foot or on motorbikes they are there to make your race, safe, competitive and ensure you know the rules. Remember that, they’re here to educate not punish. To grow the sport.

Get in touch with your region if you’re interested in joining up, it’s a great way to see another side of triathlon.
