Wow! Phil really pulled out all the stops for his special lady, Louise! We loved being part of bringing his vision to life! An entrance with the wow factor, featuring our gold easel, balloon garland and tassel balloons leading guests up the stairs, and then transforming the upstairs space with a spiralling balloon garland, giant balloon chandelier and amazing light up balloon display!
