In our office, we've found that stretching and dancing are the perfect antidotes to beat the Monday blues.

Whenever we feel the gloom creeping in, we make it a point to put on our favourite Taylor Swift song at full volume and dance like there's no tomorrow. There's just something about belting out catchy lyrics and busting a move that instantly lifts our spirits and gets us re-energised for the day.
