We have Ben, the owner he will deliver your inflatables with his trusted Pal Ash, and keep all the inflatables up to clean safe standard, Ben’s mother Tracey in the office, who will help take your booking and give advice on your choice of inflatable. Most of our castles have rain covers fitted and come set up with safety mats, sand bags, stakes or bolts and all are safety tested. Our Staff are professional and do health and safety checks on all set up's. Our castles are regularly tested for safety and cleanliness.

We are CRB checked and we hold over 5 million PL Insurance. We can set up at times to suit you, or between 7-12pm and our collections start from 6pm or overnight if required.

Frequently Asked Questions What do I need to hire a bouncy castle or other inflatable? 1. A level patch of low grass or smooth paved area large enough to site it. 2. 240v power supplies within 25m reach. 3. There is no booking fee on orders under £100 4. Deposit/Booking fee is not refundable. Please note, for private house bookings, delivery is between 7am and before 12 noon, collections start from 6pm in the evenings., if wanting later collection it is best to choose overnight hire. Which equipment will fit in my garden? We need a main grassy area (or suitable flat, smooth tarmac or paved area) with sufficient space around it free from obstacles, trees, shrubs, fences, steps, walls, etc. The obstacles must not be too close as they may cause damage or be a danger for those using the equipment. We supply a range of bouncy castles that are suitable for most gardens as well as indoor hire, Can I have the castle indoors? Yes, most of our castles are suitable for indoor hire, and generally depending on lighting/ceiling mounted fans etc, but pleas check the minimum ceiling height What if I don't have a power supply close enough? We can provide extension leads up to 50 metrs.OR you can hire our Generator, Are your castles suitable for use by adults? We Do Have Castles Suitable For Adults.Please do not let adults use childrens inflatables, there will be a charge for damages. Anyone over the age of 13 should not use our castles. An adult castle is built differently to accommodate extra size and weight and for more durability. Charges will apply for damage, What Notice do I need to give to book? It’s best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, you can try booking last minute and if we have availability we’ll do our best to fit you in. How can I book a bouncy castle? The easiest way to book by is on our website. If you wish to discuss your requirements in detail or any special needs please call us. How can I pay? Payment is required upon delivery of the bouncy castle; it can be either cash or debit card. Is there a cancellation charge? No, you can cancel bookings at any time before the day of hire without penalty. Do I have to pay a deposit? For bookings of £100 or more then we require £20 none refundable booking fee. Payable via bank transfer., or debit card. If not received deposit within 5 days of booking you order will go back into the system. All payments to be paid time of delivery. What preparation is needed before you arrive? Please ensure that paths and access to the site is free of obstacles. Please remove any overhanging branches, clothing lines etc. before our arrival. We will also need access to a suitable electricity power point. What sort of surface do you need for the castle? Castles situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grassy area so that they can be staked down. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess etc. Please let us know if the ground is hard standing such as a patio area or concrete so we can take extra measures as not to damage the unit and provide more safety mats and provide sandbags to secure the unit where pegs cannot be used. If you are unsure we can visit the site to assess its suitability. How is the inflatable secured to the ground? Pegs or thunder bolts are usually used to secure the inflatable - however if on a hard surface such as concrete then sandbags can be used, Please advise us if this is the case. If in doubt about the set up area then please contact us. What about indoors? All of our units are suitable for indoor hire (height pending). We use sandbags to secure the unit in this case. Indoors have priority when it comes to delivery and collection times. This is due to strict time keeping policies that tends to come with hall hire. What happens if it rains on the day of a hire? Most of our inflatables come with shower/sun covers fitted, but if you still decide to cancel due to weather then please let us know as soon as possible preferably before 9am. You will not be charged for making this decision. It may also be necessary for us to cancel for the sake of safety if extreme weather is paramount - such as relentless rain or high winds. We will always supply a castle whenever possible. What happens if it rains during a hire? All of our units are operated with waterproof IP leads fitted to the fans, and also have weatherproof connectors for external use (the plug to the mains must be indoors). Most of our castles come with shower covers, but it is recommended that you stop use if the rain becomes heavy, as the castle can become slippery when wet. This can be dried with a towel. Please do not use in rain, but please leave the inflatable up, do not turn of the power as it will flood with water and we will be unable to move it. In strong winds please turn off the inflatable. How does the inflatable operate? All of our units run on electric fans. The blowers must be kept switched on at all times. Failure to do this will result in the castle deflating. You can hire the castle overnight for an extra charge. How many children are allowed on the inflatable at a time? It all depends on the age and size of the children. As a general rule there should be enough space for each child to jump safely with enough room as not to bounce into others or fall off the unit itself. A responsible adult should always supervise and common sense must prevail. For an extra charge, we can provide a supervisor to manage the inflatable for the hire term. How can I be sure that you won't let me down? We are a family business and pride ourselves on our strong reputation which we have built over many years. Many of our customers come back to us year after year. We will call you a couple of days before , You can be assured we will not let you down on the day. Obviously like everyone else we are susceptible to events beyond our control like traffic delays & accidents (even if we are not directly involved) but thankfully we have never been affected to any degree with these issues. What happens if there is a problem with the bouncy castle? It is unlikely you will encounter any problems as our equipment is regularly serviced and well maintained. Providing the equipment is used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions then there should be no problems, however should any difficulty arise you should contact us immediately so that we can come out as soon as possible to rectify the problem. Adults are not allowed on the children’s' inflatables. No pets, silly string, party poppers or chewing gum food or drink . Any damage caused to any of the equipment whilst in your care shall be charged accordingly. CHARITIES .... Please note, we do receive lots of requests from charities every day, who ask us to provide free or discounted inflatables. If we supported every charity that ask, we would not be in business. So unfortunately we cant help every charity that asks for our help.

Each year we do help many charities with good causes and a charity number, we just cant help them all.

We have to take into account a few things, fuel, and vehicle maintenance, staff wages, insurance, time, products and ware and tare. We do try to work with individual customers, and charities.It is just not possible to help everyone.

Please try not to put us on the spot by asking for a free castle for a charity, it dose make us feel bad when we have to say no. We choose so many charities throughout the year that we do support.
