Optimising your floristry content is the one of the key to success. Stories vs Feed (and then highlights & reels!) π¨
Follow this guide and youβll be seeing blooming results! πΈ
Feed: Think of it as your website homepage or printed brochure for your florist portfolio or shop. Make it look professional with the key information that makes up your unique selling points (e.g. do a grid of 1 x photo with like a case study, next a graphic thats educational content βhow to clean your vase waterβ then another photo of a bouquet and in caption testimonial and so on!)

Stories: A place for you to build the know, like and trust factor. Behind-the-scenes of the business, reviews and testimonials that can be added to your highlights, reshare users content & provide a face or multiple faces to your business. For example, if your a shop you could show yourself putting an arrangement together, show how you clean your buckets - seriously ALL this content of your day to day is interesting to everyone else who ISNβT a florist!
People LOVE to see other peoples job, and floristry has both yucky bits and beautiful bits! SHOW IT OFF!
You get the idea (and if you donβt message me I literally have SO many ideas!)
Highlights: A great place for your reviews, seasonal events, workshops, flower guides, growing ideas etc!
Its a place to organise your stories that are really good content AND it helps potential customers who are short of time flick quickly through the content they want to and make their decision to buy from you quicker!
Reels: Campaign related content. A mix of feed & story. Again like in my examples above, Iβd do the βHow to make a bouquetβ as a fun reel, share it to story, that then becomes a highlight under βbehind-the-scenesβ and hey presto! One piece of content has become multi-purpose!
