Chilham Park have organised a series of Day Workshops with Olympians William Fox-Pitt, Jane Holderness-Roddam and in 2011 we are delighted to welcome Lucinda Green and her very successful Petplan XC The Safe Way" course. The course is available throughout the year for hire and is ideal for the competitive rider or for the leisure rider.

💐🔔EVENTS UPDATE🔔💐

Thank you for all the enquiries regarding our summer events. We are really excited for the summer ahead and are working very hard to plan lots of fun events , clinics & masterclasses.
Scott Brickell is in the process of designing and building our schooling fences which will range from 50cm to Novice. This will be available for private hire , Riding Clubs & Clinics. Our schooling field will still remain open for hire and we love seeing you here having fun !

We apologise that the original dates posted earlier in the year will be re-scheduled and appreciate this may be disappointing. We are however, working on a new schedule of events for this summer and we will have some exciting announcements to follow soon !

I have recently taken over the events planning from Ali and under her expert guidance, we are working very hard to make the events as special and professional as they once were.

Another week , another winner from our livery yard!Jean , David (&Zara!) have been with us for over 17 years . Zara , at the fine age of 32 has won her veterans show class this afternoon - an incredible achievement 🙌🏻

Regrettably the horse trials due to run in April will not be taking place this year. With the current economic climate it would be very difficult to run the event to the standard we have always strived to achieve on a greenfield site. Whilst this is extremely disappointing we hope that everyone can support our decision.
The organisers at Chilham look forward to coming back with a reformed program and set of events.
To our sponsors and wonderful volunteers,your help as always played a huge part in the success of every event run and we thank you for this.

This is a clinic with instructor already provided for those enquiring but as always you are welcome to hire the facilities at other times/days and bring your own instructors if desired.

There will be a selection of 50 to 90cm fences out in the schooling field which is set up so that it is easy to teach round.

Wanted: new member of staff to join the team. You will be required to work approximately 30 hours per week. You must be reliable, fun, hardworking and willing to get your hands dirty. A level of competency is a must so I would prefer a person with proven experience and ideally a grooms certificate.
Daily tasks will include turn out, mucking out, bring in, feeding, grooming, sweeping, show preparations. Occasional administrative duties may be asked of you so computer literacy will be to your advantage. Pay dependant on experience, pension scheme and monthly pay will be given.

Availability for one full grass livery, it must be a well behaved mare to share a field with another mare.£120 per week for turnout, bring in, feeds twice per day if required, daily checks, hay included, poo picking, farrier and vets visits can be covered by the staff if required. Full use of facilities large outdoor arena with mirrors, 350 acres to ride round as well as extensive woodland and a full x-country course. Instructor on site or bring your own. Clinics regularly run as well as shows over the summer. Exercise available. Bridles cleaned once per week
