A lovely lunch time drinks party to start of the year 😍 with some favourite combinations - Lamb with mint pea purée on a rosti, garlic prawn with basil, sweet potato bajis with a mint and coriander chutney, hot smoked salmon on a tarragon scone, filo cups with 5 spice duck and beetroot, red onion & goats cheese tart tatin, plus every one favourite the beef Yorkshire pudding

It been a busy weekend of canapés - so only managed to take some photos on the last job today - but over 2 days - 5 different job menus - about 1640 plus canapé bites, 30 different types were prepped! Bring on the early night 😴🥱
