VICTORIA'S CATERING A local small catering company producing homemade food, using produce from the local farm shops. From private dinner partys to weddings.

I have worked for many years in Vancouver Canada as a private chef, we moved here to the UK 17 years ago where I worked for Julian at Coral Catering out of The Dolls House, Elham Valley road, where I helped in the kitchen and front of house. We also did a lot of outside catering. For a while I managed the pub, before we moved to The Royal Norfolk Hotel in Sandgate where I was in the kitchen doing

both breakfasts and lunches as well as outside catering. From there I moved to The Duke of Cumberland in Barham when Fiona and John O'Shea took it over, I worked under a fantastic head chef Mel. I stayed at the Duke through several different owners before going it on my own with Victoria's catering

70 Years Young – and Still Partying!

We’re used to hosting children’s birthday parties at Kingston Barn, but this week, we had two big 70th celebrations!

We won’t spill all the details, but let’s just say the birthday guests proved that age is no excuse for an early night! Whether the dancing was elegant or enthusiastic is anyone’s guess… but the celebrations were certainly worthy of the occasion!
