Jasmine & Ryan 18/09/2024

It was such a pleasure getting to know Jasmine- she had a few dress appointments with us and a separate accessory appointment where we selected her the most perfect glitter tulle veil. And over these appointments we really got to know her, and were so happy to have been part of her wonderful wedding journey.

Jasmine saw her gorgeous, super sparkly Abella dress on an Instagram post that we shared, and contacted us straight away to come in and try her on. It was love at first sight- everything Jasmine had dreamed of, and more!

The couple had an intimate gathering at The Love Shack in Knutsford with their close-knit family, including their children. Jasmine found out the wonderful news a few weeks before, that she was pregnant with a little girl!

The Love Shack was truly magical and it could not have been a more perfect day for Jasmine and Ryan.

SHOW TIME 💫

These were your favourite dresses, the dresses you wanted to see -it was a very close call, there was a LOT of love for them all.

We were able to squeeze an extra fifth mannequin onto the stand, so only one dress had to stay behind!

Day 1 is coming to an end, it’s been very busy and we have met so many lovely couples. Thank you to everyone who chatted to us today and booked their Chilham Bridal appointment.

GLOWING REVIEWS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These wonderful words from our Chilham Bride Amber really mean so much.

We met the lovely Amber and her family back in September 2022 when she was looking for the perfect dress for her 2023 wedding to Ben at Brook Park Hall in York.

She came with her mum, nan, sisters and cousin Jess and we had such a lovely time together. Amber said YES to a gorgeous Lillian West dress and looked an absolute dream. Scroll along to see photos by

Amber then very kindly recommended us to her cousin Mia who also found the dress of her dreams with us. And then came in just before Christmas with her lovely cousin Jess.

It was great to welcome the family back once again. Jess is getting married this May, and had been to one other bridal shop before visiting us, and had really loved a dress in that shop. However we pulled a few dresses out that were completely different in style and found ‘The One’ which looked totally gorgeous on Jess and made her feel wonderful.

With a few customisations and accessories we created one hell of a look! I’m so excited to see her wedding photos after the day. 🤍

Ellie & Shayne 27/09/24

Our beautiful Chilham Bride Ellie-Louise married partner Shayne at the gorgeous Swarling Manor wedding venue in Canterbury, Kent. And even though they had rain for a lot of the day, it didn’t stop the bride, groom and their guests having a wonderful fun-filled day. A day full of joy, laughter and a lot of emotion!

Ellie said this about her experience wedding dress shopping with us…

“I can’t put into words how amazing you were! The first dress I saw- the first dress I fell in love with.”

It really was a story of love at first sight for Ellie- even before she came into the boutique, she had seen her beautiful dress on our website and knew she had to book an appointment. The dress didn’t disappointment- and Ellie looked an absolute dream on her special day. Such a stunning bride.

These Kent based, award winning bridal suite studios offer bridal parties the perfect space to spend their wedding mornings.

The Pretty Prep Studios have just launched their 2025 Recommended Supplier List and we are super happy to have been included- thank you!

For the morning of your wedding you will need lots of space for all the fun, natural light for make-up and plenty of seating for all your bridal party to relax and enjoy. The Pretty Prep Studios have all of this. Plus tonnes more!

We used the Ashford venue to host the getting ready part of our 10th birthday shoot last Summer. There were 20 of us on the day, so lots of people and a very busy morning with a thought schedule, but the space was absolutely perfect to accommodate us all, with lots of fun, laughter, bubbles along the way!

Goodnestone Park provided the perfect backdrop for this magnificent wedding earlier in the Summer, where happy couple- Charlotte and Luke were surrounded by family and friends on the happiest day of their lives.

“It was all we wished and planned for! It was perfect and we’d do it again tomorrow if we could.”

Charlotte absolutely dazzled in her Paloma Blanca dress- with a fitted crepe skirt, beautifully embellished bodice and a dramatic, eye catching open back. She looked absolutely gorgeous- bridal perfection.

We remember Charlottes visit to the boutique and the moment we pulled ‘the one’ from the rails, and all knew that this was THE DRESS!

OUR DRESSES @ THE POTTING SHED LAUNCH.

As a GOLD SUPPLIER to the Secret Garden Kent we were super keen to be involved with the launch of their beautiful new bridal prep studio- The Potting Shed.

We were invited to bring along some of our dresses to feature in a photo shoot to unveil this additional space as part of their wedding day packages. Of course, we jumped at the chance to have our dresses included and photographed by the amazing Olegs & Rita Photography.

The beautiful Paloma Blanca dress worn by Imogen is a classic A-line in Faille satin, complete with leg-split to give a modern edge. This was paired with a full length pearly veil- for total minimalistic elegance and drama.

You will also spot 'Clara' by Zavana Couture hanging in the changing area- a dreamy soft tulle layered ballgown with an embellished bodice and plunge neckline.

Our dresses looked absolutely gorgeous in this brand new, welcoming and relaxing space.

The Potting Shed is a bright, open-plan space with two salon stations, LED mirrors and plenty of sockets for hair and make-up prep.

The space features a cosy seating area, along with a kitchenette offering a mini fridge for chilled Prosecco and a tea and coffee station.

But for us, the highlight of the Potting Shed is the bridal changing area, complete with an antique viewing mirror, ample hanging space for dresses and accessories, and a privacy curtain for a dramatic reveal. It's gorgeous!

This wonderful couple married earlier this Summer at The Bell Hotel in Sandwich, Kent at a small private ceremony with closest family members.

Layla wore a beautiful fit and flare Maggie Sottero Designs wedding dress and looked absolutely gorgeous. The dress has a lace bodice with exquisite beadwork, a low scoop back and a really gorgeous statement train- it suited the bride and venue perfectly.

“I had a picture of what I wanted and the first dress I tried on I got it! The whole experience at Chilham Bridal was magical- such a happy, intimate and fun experience.”

Layla and Tom carried on the celebrations with a big party with all their friends and family two days later at Three Hills in Folkestone.
