So many of you told us how much you enjoyed our Halloween party, so we thought we'd go even bigger for Christmas! For one play session only, we're bringing in specialist kids entertainment company, DNA Kids, and hosting a Winter Wonderland Christmas Disco. We'll have music, games, activities, prizes, and even have a SNOW MACHINE!
Spaces are limited, so book early online to avoid disappointment.

Our online booking system has been updated, and we can also accept walk in's until our maximum capacity for adults in our store is reached (so pre-booking is preferable where possible).

New activity offering at Amaze Plays (Tuesday & Thursday morning's only)!!

What is it: Arts & craft session for the kids, facilitated by our team.

When is it? During the 9:30 play session on a Tuesday and Thursday only (you get the play session + extra 40 minutes for the craft session)

How much? extra £2.50 charge per child for the extended session (in addition to standard entry fee - as per website)

There is only a limited number of spaces in each session so please book via our email: [email protected] (first come first serve)

This heat wave is no joke, but don’t let the sweltering Welsh summer stop your little ones from having fun! Our soft play and role play centre will have the air-conditioning on to keep you cool while you play.

Hi everyone, our first full week of being reopened and we’re so enjoying having you all back and being able to provide a place for the little ones to play!

Just a quick reminder as we’ve had many people try to show up with multiple adults on the same booking... due to covid restrictions we have to limit the number of adults in the softplay at one time, and therefore only 1 adult is allowed per booking. If you have multiple adults with multiple children, you must then make individual bookings because once the 26 adult limit is reached, the capacity is then full.
This is mentioned on EVERY page of the online booking process so it is clear and visible.

We know this may be an inconvenience, but please may we ask for your support with this. We have to limit capacity by law and for your safety, and we’re doing everything we can to make it as clean, safe, secure, and comfortable as we can.

We have tried to contact everyone via email, and those who have requested a refund or rescheduling for bookings between the 4th of May and the 16th of May have now been processed. If you have not confirmed which you would prefer and you have a booking between these days, please feel free to contact us via email only and we will get it sorted for you right away. Follow up announcement
The period from 5 May to 16 May

We have reviewed with the regulatory body for confirmation as the initial guidance was later changed, and will now reopen on the 17th of May.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but any bookings made can be rescheduled or refunded - we will be in contact via email.
If you have made a booking from tomorrow to the 16th please do not make the trip to the store, we will be in touch. We look forward to welcoming you on the 17th!

Important Announcement
Hi everyone,
Since there has been some confusion and very many questions, we have spoken with local law enforcement and had the police to visit our site today. They have confirmed that although the government did say soft plays could open and published it, there was confusion as on the 30th of April they changed the information. They inspected our facility and confirmed that we were following all requirements, but have asked us to close while they discuss with their legal team and have said they would confirm for us later this afternoon. As such we will, unfortunately, need to close this afternoon's sessions, and will offer to refund those deposits or reschedule those bookings as per your preferences. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will do everything we can to keep you informed. We will be in contact via email. We will confirm this evening about the rest of the period up to the 17th.

Hello lovely people, it feels like ages since we’ve had to close for the covid-19 lockdown in December, and we CANNOT WAIT to open for you all again. We do not yet have a definitive date for reopening but we know it will be within the first few weeks of May!
Play will commence again, so watch this space for announcements. Once we know, you’ll know! 🤗

Sadly, we will be closing again tomorrow after our final play session for the Government-mandated closure of leisure businesses. We are told this will be reviewed on the 17th of December so we will update you once that is confirmed.
We will still be open for all three play sessions tomorrow, we have only 3 spaces left for the 9am session, but do have a few spaces left in the 12:30pm and 3:30pm sessions tomorrow. Hope to see you there!
