A very wealthy father is fed up of his four sons arguing over the inheritance. Hoping to teach them a lesson he calls them all to his private beach house. Drawing a line in the sand with his cane he tells the four young men, whoever crosses this line first shall get my most prized possession; my first ever car. The second person to cross the line will inherit a grand and nothing more. The man who crosses the line third will be able to request one thing from my fortune and he shall have it. But the last man to cross this line shall inherit everything else I have. The four sons share glances. None of them wants to break cover and make the first move. The smartest son comes up with the perfect strategy to maximise his fortune. What is his strategy?

Can you solve this mind-bending puzzle?
All is peaceful in the realm of Madeupland when suddenly a golden portal opens in the air and a mysterious wizard emerges through it. The townsfolk watch as the visitor in no particular order wanders around the houses, casts a spell over the lake and trees, visits a local cave and the town well, all before opening up a red portal and disappearing. Some time later, a suspicious sorcerer arrives in the town and questions the locals on the movements of this wizard. Three witnesses are able to draw a map of the wizards route but each of them is different. From the maps pictured can you tell which of these three witnesses are definitely lying?
